1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of zipzipdoc ("Provider") and the user of the service ("User"). By using zipzipdoc, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

zipzipdoc is an online platform for creating, sending, tracking, and electronically signing documents. The service allows Users to prepare documents, add signature fields, send documents for signing, and manage the complete document lifecycle.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the service. Users must provide truthful and current information. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

4. Payment Terms

zipzipdoc offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. The Provider reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.

5. Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures created through zipzipdoc are simple electronic signatures under the eIDAS Regulation (EU No. 910/2014). They are legally valid and admissible as evidence in court proceedings within the EU. The Provider does not guarantee the validity of signatures in jurisdictions outside the EU.

6. Liability and Limitations

The service is provided "as is." The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of the service. The Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Users may cancel their account at any time. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account for violation of these Terms. After account cancellation, User data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
